Life is hard and busy, so how can you move forward? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help clients face challenges with curiosity, self-compassion, and evidence-based tools for change. I offer evening and Sunday hours for even the busiest lifestyles. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and be challenged in a positive way. Together, we’ll work to identify your goals, access your strengths, and build the resilience needed to make progress in your situation.
I’m a good companion for anyone facing or already in a life change. I’ve been through the ups and downs of marriage, parenting, divorce, singleness, deaths, illness, looking for direction, times of spiritual belief and disbelief, and a lot more. I lead with empathy, while maintaining a practical solutions-focused attitude (partly thanks to my engineering degree). I’ve learned to love people I don’t agree with, and to love myself
even when important people don’t agree with me. I’ve helped a lot of people move forward in new and creative ways.
Therapy with me is collaborative and active. Whatever your situation is, I will walk with you on your path toward healing, growth, healthy coping, and empowered steps.
