Clare Henderson, PhD

Hi there, I’m Clare! I am a psychologist and I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults coping with life and family changes, eating disorders, PTSD/trauma, anxiety-related disorders, depression and mood disorders, ADHD, interpersonal conflict, and identity development. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to deepen self-awareness, strengthen inner resilience, and cultivate autonomy, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity, providing a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood as you are – while supporting you in moving toward your goals.

I am originally from California and completed my doctoral training in upstate New York. I moved to Colorado in 2023 and have fallen in love with it. In my free time I enjoy being creative, playing video games, reading, and spending time outside with my husband and dog.

Insurance

My fee for a standard 50-minute therapy session is $250. I require payment by credit card, cash, or check at the time of service for the expected patient portion. I am in network with many of the major insurance companies – however, I am unable to accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). I am also happy to help with out-of-network billing if needed.
