I take a person-centered approach to meet you where you’re at in order to build a comfortable and safe environment to work through your concerns. I have experience working with Veterans, trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and substance use. I also recognize that life happens and am equipped to discuss life stressors and relationship difficulties that may arise. I completed my master’s and doctorate degrees in the Twin Cities in Minnesota and have now relocated to Colorado. I regularly enjoy hiking, photography, camping, and spending time with my pets and fiancé!
