I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and am a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Colorado. I completed my Pre-Doctoral Internship in Health Services Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Postdoctoral Fellowship in Psychological Assessment at the University of Colorado Boulder. I have clinical experience in a variety of different university, hospital, and outpatient settings. I approach treatment from a relational-cultural framework, and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on mutuality and collaboration is essential to fostering positive growth and change. My areas of interest and expertise include eating disorders, relational concerns, depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, grief and loss, neuropsychology, and psychological assessment.
When I’m not working, I enjoy skiing, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
