I was born and raised in Oklahoma but have lived my adult life in Colorado. Important to my essence are cats, books, running, and my own intersectional journey which includes identify and involvement with the American Indian community.
I work to foster a safe accepting collaborative and culturally inclusive working environment and relationship. I believe that we all are comprised of and guided by our past and present, to include family, relationships culture, ethnic identity, community , much as if we were standing in a set of radiating concentric and overlapping circles.

Insurance
My fee for a standard 50-minute therapy session is $250. I require payment by credit card, cash, or check at the time of service for the expected patient portion. I am in network with many of the major insurance companies – however, I am unable to accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). I am also happy to help with out-of-network billing if needed.
