Therapy for postpartum depression, anxiety and pregnancy-related concerns
The road to and through parenthood brings hope, and often grief, fear and big changes in identity too. We offer support through fertility challenges, pregnancy and the first year after birth.

You might be noticing
- Anxiety or low mood during fertility treatment
- Grief after a cycle that didn't work
- Worry or sadness during pregnancy
- Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or not yourself after birth
- Intrusive, frightening thoughts about the baby
- Distress after a difficult birth
- Strain in your relationship
How we help
We give you a place to process the stress of treatments like IVF and IUI, the uncertainty of waiting, and losses that others may not see. In pregnancy and after birth, we help with prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, postpartum OCD and birth trauma, using evidence-based approaches that help you regulate, process what happened and feel more like yourself. We also offer compassionate support after miscarriage, stillbirth or infant loss. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner has experience treating postpartum depression if medication may help. Clinicians describe this period as perinatal: during pregnancy and the first year after birth.
A plan built around you
Every person is different and responds to different things. Your care can combine several evidence-based approaches, with or without medication. If questions come up about ADHD, autism or learning, psychological testing is available within the practice. And your plan can change as your needs do, including moving to another clinician on our team whose expertise fits better.
