For referring professionals

A single place to refer patients for therapy, psychological testing and medication management, with a care coordination team that follows up.

Why refer to Metis

Handing a patient a list of solo therapists often leads to phone tag, waitlists and unverified insurance, and many people give up. When you refer to Metis, our care coordination team contacts the patient, verifies their benefits and matches them with a clinician suited to the concern. Because therapy, testing and medication management happen in one practice, patients who need more than one service don't have to start over.

Who we see

Children from age 5, teens, adults, couples and families, in Lafayette, Durango and by telehealth across Colorado. Common referrals include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, perinatal and postpartum concerns, ADHD and autism evaluation, and learning evaluation.

How referral works

  1. Submit the secure referral form below, or call (720) 387-8458.
  2. Our team contacts the patient or family, usually the same business day.
  3. We verify insurance and match the patient with a clinician.
  4. With the patient's written consent, we share updates with you.

Keeping you informed

With your patient's consent, we can send consultation notes, testing summaries and medication coordination updates so you stay informed about their care.

Testing for schools and pediatric practices

Our evaluations for ADHD, autism and learning differences include written recommendations families can bring to school teams for 504 plan and IEP discussions. A typical evaluation takes about three to four weeks from intake to feedback.
