Therapy for veterans, military families and first responders
Military service and first responder work shape how you see the world. We offer a place where you don't have to explain the culture before you can talk about what you're carrying.

You might be noticing
- Combat, training or service-related trauma that still affects daily life
- Hypervigilance or trouble switching off at home
- Sleep problems and irritability
- Moral injury, or the loss of identity and mission after leaving service
- Cumulative stress and burnout from carrying other people's worst days
How we help
For veterans and military families
We help with PTSD from combat, training or the long strain of service, military sexual trauma, moral injury, and the loss of identity and mission that can come with leaving the military. We see veterans and military family members and are in network with TRICARE and TriWest.
For firefighters, police, EMS and victim services professionals
Carrying other people's worst days adds up. We help with the effects of critical incidents and cumulative stress, including hypervigilance, trouble switching off at home, sleep problems, irritability and burnout, with practical tools you can use on and off shift. Confidentiality is central to how we work.
How we help
We use trauma treatments with strong research support, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, widely used in VA care, and EMDR, along with CBT and mindfulness-based skills for regulating your nervous system.
A plan built around you
Every person is different and responds to different things. Your care can combine several evidence-based approaches, with or without medication. If questions come up about ADHD, autism or learning, psychological testing is available within the practice. And your plan can change as your needs do, including moving to another clinician on our team whose expertise fits better.
