Couples and family therapy
Work through conflict, rebuild trust and learn to talk to each other again, with a clinician who stays neutral and helps you both be heard.

Why couples come to therapy
Couples often come in because of communication problems, recurring arguments, infidelity, sexual dissatisfaction or a major life change. Some come when the relationship is mostly healthy and they want to handle hard conversations better. Others use therapy to separate as well as possible after deciding to part.
How couples therapy works
Your therapist helps you understand the patterns that keep you stuck, including what each of you brings to them. Early sessions focus on setting shared goals. From there, you’ll practice new ways of talking and responding to each other.
Your therapist stays neutral and makes sure both partners feel safe and heard. It matters that both of you are comfortable with the therapist, so tell us if that’s not the case.
Family therapy
Family therapy brings parents, children or other family members together to work on conflict, communication and change, such as a divorce, a new blended family, or supporting a child through a hard time.
Insurance and fees for couples and families
Some insurance plans cover couples or family sessions, often when they are part of treatment for a diagnosed condition. We’ll check your plan before your first visit and explain your options, including self-pay rates.
Our care coordination team matches you with a clinician based on your concern, schedule, location and insurance. You can also browse everyone on the team and filter by what you need help with.
