ADHD and autism: testing and support
Whether you're a parent with questions about your child or an adult who has wondered about yourself for years, a clear understanding of how your brain works can change a lot. We approach ADHD and autism as differences with real strengths as well as real challenges.

You might be noticing
- Trouble focusing, organizing or finishing tasks
- Restlessness or impulsivity
- Struggles at school or work despite effort
- Social situations that feel confusing or draining
- Strong sensory sensitivities
- Feeling like you've been masking or compensating for a long time
How we help
It starts with a careful evaluation. Our testing team offers a quick ADHD screening, insurance-friendly evaluations, and comprehensive evaluations that include learning assessment and detailed recommendations for home and school. After an evaluation, our therapists can help with executive functioning, emotional regulation, social confidence and self-advocacy, and our psychiatric nurse practitioner can discuss medication for ADHD.
A plan built around you
Every person is different and responds to different things. Your care can combine several evidence-based approaches, with or without medication. If questions come up about ADHD, autism or learning, psychological testing is available within the practice. And your plan can change as your needs do, including moving to another clinician on our team whose expertise fits better.
