Therapy for depression and mood concerns
Depression is more than feeling sad. It can drain your energy, flatten your interest in things you used to enjoy, and make ordinary tasks feel heavy. Mood changes can also look like irritability, numbness or swings between highs and lows.

You might be noticing
- Low mood most days
- Losing interest or pleasure
- Sleeping too much or too little
- Changes in appetite
- Trouble concentrating or making decisions
- Feeling worthless or guilty
- Pulling away from people
How we help
Depression is very treatable. Your clinician will help you understand what's feeding it and build a plan that may include CBT to change draining thought patterns, behavioral steps that rebuild energy and interest, ACT to reconnect with what matters to you, and support through grief, life changes or relationship strain. If medication could help, our psychiatric nurse practitioner works with your therapist.
If you're having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 now.
A plan built around you
Every person is different and responds to different things. Your care can combine several evidence-based approaches, with or without medication. If questions come up about ADHD, autism or learning, psychological testing is available within the practice. And your plan can change as your needs do, including moving to another clinician on our team whose expertise fits better.
