Individual therapy for adults
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or not like yourself? Work one on one with a clinician who specializes in what you’re going through.

What therapy can help with
People come to us for many reasons. Some have a specific concern. Others just know something needs to change.
- Anxiety, panic and phobias

- Trauma and PTSD
- OCD
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions, work stress and burnout
- Relationship and family concerns
- Identity, including LGBTQIA+ concerns
- Sleep problems
Matched to a clinician who fits
We don’t assign you to whoever has the next open hour. Our care coordination team matches you based on your concern, the approach you prefer, your schedule, location and insurance. You can also browse our clinicians and request someone specific.
A plan built around you
No single approach works for everyone, because no two people are the same. Your clinician draws from a range of evidence-based treatments, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy and focused trauma treatments like EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy, and combines them in the way that fits you.
If medication might help, our psychiatric nurse practitioner can work alongside your therapist. If you’d rather not take medication, therapy on its own is effective for many people. And if questions come up about ADHD, autism or learning, testing is available within the practice.
In person or online
Meet in our Lafayette or Durango offices, by secure telehealth from anywhere in Colorado, or a mix of both. Every clinician also sees patients by telehealth.
Most therapy is covered by insurance. We’ll verify your benefits before your first visit. See insurance and fees.
